Fridges should be cleaned and make sure that it is working efficiently. Also, microwave ovens should only be used in heating small amount of food as this use a lot of energy consumption.

In washing, use air dryer if it is possible and only use machine dryer if it is really needed.

If the appliances are turned off, make sure to unplug it. Leaving most of the appliances plugged in also consume energy.

There are a lot of ways on how to lower energy consumption especially at home. It is just a matter on how you will adjust your lifestyle and habit in everyday living.
